4. Email us at 48hr@nevetec.co.za to let us know when the fingerprints have been captured.
Your fingerprints will then be submitted from our database and your certificate will be emailed to you when it is done.

Call Out Service
For a criminal clearance verification report we do have a call out service for your convenience.
We will take your fingerprints electronically.
Please remember to have your ID document with you when our fingerprint technician arrives.

Resubmission of Fingerprints
If you have already completed an AFISwitch scanner fingerprint criminal clearance, we are able to resubmit your fingerprints. Resubmissions require four business days from the time we receive the relevant paperwork.
